Bank Staff
We are looking to recruit a team of bank staff to complement our already amazing team. You will be enthusiastic, passionate about children, eager to learn and have a willingness to get stuck in.
Where possible the candidate should have an early years qualification but this is not essential. Some experience working in an early years setting is desirable and you MUST be flexible to work between 7:30am-6pm Monday- Friday.
Key Responsibilities
  • To promote a fun, high quality environment for the children aged from babies to pre-school.
  • Ensuring that at all times the Welfare and Learning development requirements are met.
  • Work in partnership with parents and carers.
  • Undertake a shared responsibility for health and safety throughout the nursery.
  • Ensure the general cleanliness of the children at all times.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures.
  • Be fully aware of all emergency and security procedures relating to the nursery.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested by management
All successful candidates will be asked to provide 2 satisfactory references and complete a satisfactory DBS.

We are looking for people who are passionate about childcare and who enjoy working with and being around others. You will need to be exceptionally caring towards the children and have relevant training/experience. Our Nursery is often a very busy environment but you will need to be able to relax and have fun within this. New ideas are great and all our staff can play their part to improve our setting.
