Our skilled practitioners fully understand the varying needs of children and the changing requirements as children develop between the ages of 0-5 years.
As a parent, there is nothing more important than being able to trust the person looking after your child. That is why Lynton only recruit staff who are going to create and maintain a fantastic relationship with you and with your child.

At Lynton we believe that our Staff are one of our most valuable assets and we like to reward outstanding contributions to the Nursery. A staff member is regularly nominated as our Staff Star by their colleagues and we would like to invite our current Parents, to make nominations when you feel a member of staff has gone the extra mile. Please fill in the attached form and either e-mail this to us or print it out and bring it along to Nursery with you.
All practitioners at Lynton either hold a full relevant childcare qualification or are working towards it. We encourage all of our staff to develop their childcare knowledge and a lot of our staff are working towards a higher qualification/degree.
Our staff also attend regular training to develop their skills and knowledge.
